Gym class

We, at NGTC feel that Movement education is a vital part of a child’s learning. Not only as a prelude to more sophisticated gymnastics training, but to improve self esteem, balance, strength and coordination and to promote healthy attitudes towards fitness.

ACADEMY GYMNASTICS
Our Academy Program is for girls ages 5 to 18 years.

Our curriculum is based of USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program. We have 10 levels of Gymnastics. We use all four Olympic events, Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor, plus Trampoline and Tumble Tramp. Our goal is to help each gymnast achieve the best skill level that they can, while instilling a love for fitness and movement that will last a lifetime. All of our gymnasts are tested for mobility and rewarded for their hard work. Our coaches are enthusiastic and love to help children succeed.

We host events through the year to show case our gymnasts. Our annual Mini Olympics is a great experience for the gymnasts, where each girl receives a medal for her efforts.

National Gymnastics Summer Camps

 Gymnastics for Boy and Girls ages 5 years and up.

Gymnastics Camp offers seven week long sessions starting July 5.

We have a different theme each week, such as an Olympic theme, with new activities to enhance the camp experience. Activities will include gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, dance, games, prizes and sports fun. 

Our camp provides instruction on all the Gymnastic events, Trampoline, Double Mini and Tumbling skills. We emphasize coordination strength and flexibility, giving a great foundation for Fitness.

Skills, games and contests provide the children an opportunity to interact with their peers, build confidence and self esteem.

Our Coaches are trained and motivated to make the camp the best experience for your child. The camp environment is suited for fun while focusing on skill development.

Camp Times: 8:30-12:30pm. Extended care available until 1pm, $10.

Camp Fees:

Active members:          5 days $120        1 day $30

Non Active members:   5 days $135         1 day $35

Discounts only apply to 5 day price (same week)

Multiple camp sign-ups will receive an additional $10 off each camp after the 1^st camp.
